Butter poached Nova Scotia Lobster with Okanagan leek risotto, Hidden Rose apple, pea tendrils. CHARCUT Roast House
Dungeness crab chowder with black pepper and buttermilk biscuits. Slow roasted heirloom beets with house-made soft goat cheese, mint, basil. Spragg Farm’s Porchetta “pork loin and belly spit roasted with fennel and rosemary” with Brassica mustard gravy, pancetta and apple scones.
