All Calgarians are invited to Canada’s biggest New Year’s party at City New Year’s Bash 2013. Join thousands of party-goers nation-wide, and Citytv on-air personalities Tara Slone, Ted Henley, Andrew Schultz, and Jill Belland along with thousands of revelers in Olympic Plaza. This year’s headliners are double platinum-selling artist Johnny Reid, pop songstress Victoria Duffield, and Massari. If you can’t make it down to Olympic Plaza for the fun, you can catch it live on December 31 at 8 p.m. MT on Citytv.

Join the New Year’s Party at Fionn MacCool’s Irish Pub at the Sheraton Eau Claire and enjoy a two course prime rib dinner with seatings at 6pm and 8pm, plus live music by Wake Up Starlight.

Second Course: Organic Spinach Salad, St. Agur blue cheese stuffed Madeira poached pear, pickled golden beets, oven dried cherry tomato, walnut brittle, Or Land and Sea, Alberta beef and carrot terrine, scallop ceviche, candied salmon, wheat grass caviar, ground hazelnut. Entree: Espresso and Chocolate Braised Bison Short Rib, Pan jus, gratin dauphinois, citrus grilled brocollini, Or Margaret Duck Breast, Watermelon radish, fennel, sweet potato carpaccio, herb salad, Or Buttermilk Marinated White Sturgeon, Tomato broth, sea asparagus, nori infused green asparagus, fried polenta. Tickle Your Funny Bone at The Libertine
FunnyFest New Year’s Eve Comedy Extravaganza will be held at The Libertine Public House featuring Kelly Taylor, Stu Hughes, Matt Billon, and Vince Flueck. The early show is from 4:00-7:30 pm with a $49 dinner package, and the main show is 8:00pm-3:00am only $99 with dinner & show full package, which includes prime rib with a 10 item buffet, as well as sparkling wine, party favours, live music, and great prizes.
Wine-Ohs’ Bash Featuring Cowpuncher
Cowpuncher will be playing in the Cellar at Wine-Ohs, tickets for $25. Plus, the Bistro will be hosting two dinner seatings. The first seating is at 6:00pm and the second is at 8:30pm, with a deluxe five course meal for $60, wine pairing options for an additional cost. Reservations are required.

Winter Wonderland New Year’s Eve at Blink Restaurant & Bar
For one night only, Blink will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland for 175 lucky friends & guests to welcome in 2013. The venue will be completely draped with white linen, ice sculptures, large hanging snowflakes, disco/mirror balls, and mood lighting. A canape and champagne reception will welcome all guests from 8-10pm. DJ’s on rotation; Nathan Hedley, Gavin Kearns & Fleur, will be spinning a deep & funky house vibe with plenty of vocals.
