It’s been quite a fun filled week in downtown Calgary. Here’s a recap of some of the pictures, videos and blog posts we brought you this week.
Our good friends at the High Performance Rodeo brought Irish comedy dance troupe Ponydance to the CORE shopping centre. They shocked and entertained the lunch crowd as they went about their weekday routines. Perhaps the Adidas track-suit will be the hot new style item for 2013?
Speaking of style, Aldona featured the stylish Natalie Pop in her new Downtown Calgary Street Style post.
Shannon gave us a sneak peek of The Big Taste, which is a dining and culinary festival happening March 1-10th right here in downtown Calgary and other restaurants around town.
Canon opened an interesting new space for learning about their cameras and imaging solutions in 8th Avenue place. The Canon Image Square in downtown Calgary is North America’s first of it’s kind.
We had Faizal, one of our 2012 Downtown Style Icons gave us a rundown on made-to-measure suits, just in time for Harry Rosen’s Made-to-measure event.
We shared the City of Calgary’s Inner-city recreation survey for those living and working in the downtown area.
