This year’s Sled Island really served many purposes for me, beyond listening to amazing music and capturing some beautiful and stylish people. It awakened in me creativity and an excitement that I’ve been missing a little bit lately - when you do something for a long time, you sometimes have moments of wondering what motivated you to begin in the first place. And this year’s festival was a reminder what that love for me was and still is. I didn’t want the festival to end, and I can’t wait for the rest of this summer’s goodies, and next year’s Sled Island installment - and hopefully many more years of festivities to come!
